Mobile Devices: If you opt to fill out the forms and electronic signatures using a tablet or other mobile device,
please visit the App Store for the device you are using and make sure you have the free Adobe Reader app installed on your mobile device.
You will not be able to view all fields in the completed form you save and download without Adobe Reader installed.
